1. What drew you into rapping? kidcroixx: I always had a passion for
music since I was young and I finally started to do make music three years ago. 

 

2. Is there anyone who you look up to? kidcroixx: Music wise I look up to underground rappers such as itsoktocry, Joji and unotheactivist. 

 

3. What's the process of writing and producing a song? kidcroixx: I don’t produce my beats I get them from friends or YouTube, it takes a long time to find the beat I like and I know I like it when I instantly start vibing to it. It usually starts with a dumbass freestyle then I start writing lyrics then I record and mix that shit till it’s perfect.
 
4. What's your favorite song of yours and why? kidcroixx: fuckthevalley or
living2long. They both have the most meaning to me.

Whos, the best person you collaborated with? kidcroixx: I couldn’t say tbh I fuck with everyone I worked with. Shout out bray costello, lil dump, drummincarrey and xthedolphin. Shout out xthedolphin for giving me wise music advice on being original with my shit I appreciate that a lot, it helped me start making the music that I enjoy to make most.

6. What's your next goal for your music career? kidcroixx:  definitely start collaborating with bigger artists.

 

7. What's exciting about this new upcoming album? kidcroixx: all of these songs are unique and come from the soul

 

8. What have been some of the best moments with you and music? kidcroixx: in the beginning getting together with the boys in the studio and vibing. Now things are actually going well for me, in January I will be getting in contact with big artist management and labels.

 

9. What does kidcroixx mean and why did you choose it as your name? kidcroixx:  it’s pretty simple I get called kid as a nickname and then croixx is a spin-off of my last name.

 

10. Your upcoming album is called static and what made you choose that title? kidcroixx: it has a lot of meaning, but it stays only with me.

 

11. Were there any other titles you considered? kidcroixx: yeah but that was for all my old generic shit.

 

12. Do you have any hobbies? kidcroixx: all I do is make music all day.

 

13. Is there a message you try to convey with any of your music? kidcroixx: most of my music is for the sad boys out there that need shit to listen to when they are heartbroken or depressed I’ve been through the struggle of it I know how it feels. Then I make some songs for people to vibe to. 

 

14. How would you describe your sound as an artist? kidcroixx: weird, chill, indie rap I guess haha.

 

15. If you could be anything (like an object or thing or whatever) what would it be and why? kidcroixx: probably a snake or a lizard they look dope as hell

 

16. Who's the worst rapper ever? kidcroixx: cardi b, fuck her. She’s bad as hell, but she’s a bad rapper.

 

17. Do plan on ever releasing merch? kidcroixx: Yeah I’m the future I already got ideas for it.

 

18. How many tracks have you taken down or not released? kidcroixx: I’ve taken down like 5 -8 tracks this year and I got like 30 unreleased. Not dropping all tho.

 

19. Favorite clothing brand? kidcroixx:  I don’t have one I like thrift shopping or anything that looks different

 

20. Any message/last words to your fans? kidcroixx: Find yourself and get in touch with your soul. Take hate and turn it into publicity.
